Description

Large character house with stonework and exposed beams, 280 m2 in the heart of nature, garden, barbecue, 15 minutes from the wine route.
Living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 1 large relaxation room with sofas, table soccer, exercise bike, TV, DVD player, children's games, ping-pong table, synthesizer
Terrace and deckchairs.
Sheets for bedding can be supplied as an option at €12 per bed.
Rates 2024: gîte rate in low season is €1190; high season: €1370; very high season: €1530; Christmas/New Year: €1950.
According to each seasonality: a supplement will be requested for any additional night.
Housekeeping package at 160 €; 2 € to provide towels, 4 € for bath sheets; 6 € including the loan of 2 gloves 1 towel 1 bath sheet, 14 € for bed linen.
The gîte includes: 3 double beds 160; 1 double bed 140; 8 single beds 90.
On site, you can enjoy a petanque court, and a table tennis table outside.
