Description

The Val d'Argent is a top destination for mountain biking, as evidenced by its Espace VTT (mountain biking area) certified by the French Cycling Federation (FFC).

There are a total of 18 signposted trails in and around Val d'Argent and the surrounding area, covering almost 320 km. Ranging in length from 2.5 to 82.5 kilometers, and with a vertical drop varying from 46 to 2,438 meters, these circuits can be ridden on mountain bikes or mountain bikes.
Levels of difficulty defined according to the FFC national grid:
- 3 green circuits (very easy)
- 6 blue circuits (easy)
- 7 red circuits (difficult)
- 1 black circuit (very difficult)
and a great itinerary of 82.5 km!!!

There's something for everyone, from small families to experienced mountain bikers. 2 introductory sites will give the youngest riders a chance to get used to the rugged terrain.

To make it easier for you to discover these circuits, you can purchase a pocket-sized topoguide containing details of the circuits on laminated cards, plus a wealth of historical, heritage and tourist information.
