Description

The area between Col des Bagenelles and Chaume de Lusse was the scene of major clashes during the "Great War" of 1914-1918.
These two hikes invite you to discover these uniquely diverse relics uncovered through hard work.
A Val d'Argent military interpretation trail booklet was also published in 2018 to mark the centenary and is available free of charge from the Val d'Argent Tourist Office.
This is also a hike that is often proposed by the Pays d'Art et d'Histoire on Thursdays in the summer on the occasion of its summer outings.
